This phone is a one of a kind device. a perfect solution for those who need to text and check their email, but don't want to have internet or distractions on their device. I needed help from service to stay connected, but can say after months of use I haven't had any serious issues, and I love this phone. I get about 2-3 days of battery. I use TMobile pre-paid without issues. for a "basic" phone, it has a great keyboard I wish other phones had

After getting help with the phone it has steady service and has yet to restart again from closing too hard. Phones work well enough to use as my daily cellphone. Would give it five stars if it was more durable and little bit smaller.

The phone is junk. restarts when you open and close it too hard. service stops working after a day or two and then have to put SIM card in phone for it to come back then it works again for about a day in the hit k1 then stops again.

I'm pretty excited to see a classic messaging phone in 4G. But it would be good to clarify that although it probably "works on all carriers" as the description says, it's not officially approved by either of the US carriers that has a device approval process. The IMEI checkers at both Verizon and AT&T say it won't work, which leaves T-Mobile as the only fully-compatible carrier in the US.
