    I recently purchased a phone from FIG Kosher Phone and accidentally added a 1-year protection plan to my order that I did not want. Obtaining a refund for this unwanted service was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I was not able to get my money back.

    Here are the main issues I encountered:

    Unnecessarily difficult refund process: A simple $27.49 refund for an unwanted service should not an easy process, and FIG won't help you with straightforward information.
    Lack of transparency: The company initially directed me to a third-party warranty provider (Akko) who was unable to help. It was unclear why they were involved in the process.
    Slow response times: It took days to receive any updates on my request, despite repeated follow-up messages.
    Repetitive communication: I had to explain my situation multiple times and received repetitive responses that did not address my concerns.
    Unacceptable resolution: After a week of back-and-forth communication, the only solution offered was to return the entire phone and repurchase it – an inconvenient and impractical solution.
    Positive aspects:

    None at all.

    Overall:

    While FIG Kosher Phone might be decent (time will tell), the customer service experience I received was terrible. The process of obtaining a simple refund was overly complex, time-consuming, and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.

    Poor Quality, Don't buy

    I got this phone in July and had it exchanged twice because the earpiece stopped working, also it's getting chipped from every small fall. now it started to shut down randomly even in the middle of a call.

    Very Frustrated

    The quality of the phone is very flimsy.
    The hinge broke from regular usage (compared to the usage of other devices like LG, Kyocera and TCL).
    Company does not stand behind their product. sent me a list of phone repair shops that want about
    $100 to fix.

    BUYER BEWARE - DOES NOT HOLD UP!

    phone is super cheaply made i've got the cover to protect but it does not help, phone broke withing few weeks and the company does not help with servicing, nowhere near me i can even get this fixed for $$

    Voice Notes

    I have been having issues with the voice notes they dont automatically turn on when you want to record. And when I get a text and I see it in messages I cant give a quick reply the keyboard does not work.
